Winemaker & Sommelier, Bruno Concilis & Jack Lewens have joined forces to create Vigneti Tardis - championing local varietals of Fiano, Aglianico & Aglianicone & using biodynamic farming methods, the prodigious duo have created a wonderful natural wine in Venerdi - Fiano fermented on it's skins for 2 weeks in stainless steel & then rested in oak for 12 months.
