This co-op of 3 Piedmontese farmers hark back to the traditional methods of farming - before mechanics & chemicals & pesticides - using horse-power, manual labour & old-fashioned sickles. Organic, & using biodynamic methods, the blend of Blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, Merlot and Croatina produce a wonderful combination of red fruits, bitter chocolate & tangy tannins.
