This Châteauneuf-du-Pape is an inspired red wine that has a little Syrah and a bit of Mourvèdre chucked in for good measure. These are added to the Grenache in one big melting pot of wine goodness. Red fruits and some blackcurrant hints, sweet tannins all give this wine great ageing potential. Nothing to do with a film starring Orson Welles either.
