Looking like it’s come straight from the Round Table this copper armoured champagne, inspired by the ancient knights who protected France, balances dry and sweet flavours, and has a crisp, clean taste with a zingy finish. The lack of sugar means that Beau Joie brut is less sweet and sharper than other champagnes and pairs beautifully with all sorts of foods. It is also very good at slaying dragons and rescuing fair maidens.
