The rebel of Cognac, the renegade of spirits, Pink Pepper does away with all things traditional and sets an all new standard. Audemus spirits was founded by an Australian self-titled Director of Capers Miko Abouaf, who looked at the Dry Gin style and yawned. Instead, he set out to macerate and create an exotic, totally unique style of gin, using pink peppercorns, juniper, cardamon, honey, vanilla, tonka beans, and three other distilled recipes. A spicy, rugged nose leads into a smooth, soothing sensation rolling around the tongue. So easy in fact, that it won Double Gold in the World Spirit Championships! Serve with a nice heavy tonic, or break the mould and douse some violet tonic to lift the botanicals to a new height!
