A Grand Cru Gewurztraminer from Albert Mann estate, & Maurice deems 'Furstentum' to be in the top four of all sites for it's grape varietal in all of France. Elegance & perfumed expression is the name of the game, rather than the opulence and power of other sites. Off-dry in style, with aromas of blood orange, white & yellow flowers, tropical fruits, matched with an equally balanced palate & persistent length. Some grapes included in the making of this wine have been hit by noble rot - increasing complexity & texture while concentrating acidity.
