Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

Why do you only offer next day delivery?

Next Day Delivery ensures your parcel passes through our network as quickly as possible to limit and damages to your order.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery service is next working day (Monday to Friday) to most UK addresses, when you order before 3pm. Please refer to the delivery page for the latest service updates.

How much is shipping?

Please enter your shipping details at checkout to calculate the shipping charge for your order.

What is cut off time for same-day dispatch?

There is a 3pm cut off for same day dispatch (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). The next day service is for delivery the next working day. Please refer to the delivery page for the latest service updates.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We always aim to have your order to you the next working day if you selected our Standard Delivery option. Please keep an eye on your emails for any tracking or email updates regarding your order. Please refer to the delivery page for the latest service updates.

Returns

My items are faulty or damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us via email or telephone to discuss returning your order for exchange or a refund.

How long after ordering can I get my items back to you?

Please notify us within 14 days of placing your order that you would like to return the goods to us.

I am unhappy with my order, how can I return it?

Please contact us via email or telephone to discuss returning your order for exchange or a refund. Please note we are unable to cover return postage and are not responsible for any loss or damage to the items in transit back to us.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

Our usual delivery service is standard next working day, so if already shipped, please contact us to arrange a full refund or exchange.
